The company’s privacy policy deals with the guidelines and rules of the private information a user uploads on the site by the company. The privacy of the information being of a paramount significance the company has set-forth a comprehensive policy with respect to the use of the data provided by the user, its confidentiality, its bonafide sharing etc., which every user agrees and binds himself to for using the site or any of its services.

The privacy policy shall be binding on all kinds of users. Every user herewith acknowledges and accepts the policy. User has been defined in the terms of use agreement of the company. The policy is also an integral part of the terms of use agreement.

Details of Collected Information by the company –

• The company gathers information from users which enables the company to carry on, personalize and improve services and allows users to set up a user account and profile that can be used to interact with other users through the Website for proper identification of the users. User may choose not to provide us with certain information, but then the user shall not be able to take advantage of many of our special features. • Information collected by the company through access – The company legally and bonafide collects information of the user when any user interacts with the site. • The company disclaims any liability of the mis-use or of any personal information of the user by any of the above 3rd parties. Where ever there is an option the user may opt for unsubscribing from certain 3rd parties connected through the company, and stop sharing of information. The action shall lie between the user and the 3rd party who is alleged to have mis-used such information.

 

 

Privileges of a user with respect to the personal information –

• As stated previously, user can always opt not to disclose information to use, even though it may be needed to take advantage of certain Companies features.
• User shall be able to add or update certain information on pages, like user-name, password and personal information. When user updates information, however, we often maintain a copy of the unrevised information for records.
• User may designate certain User Submissions as private so that they are not shared with other users. Not all User Submissions may be designated as private.
• User may request deletion of your Company’s account by sending an e-mail. Please note that some information may remain in our records after deletion of your account.
• If you do not wish to receive email or other mail from us, please send your request.

 

• The company reserves right to amend, modify, alter any of the terms of this private policy at its sole discretion. The information of the user shall be subject to the policy in force on a given day. Any change in the use of personal information shall be conveyed to the user.
